Villas in the Koh Samui Retirement Village come with a Full Payment Refund Guarantee, upon Termination of Contract.  With a full refund of the financing repayment, less interest if applicable.

Payment schedules (all payments are available in arrears): 5 payments based on construction stages: 15%, 25%, 25%, 25%, and 10%.

Reservation fee per villa is 250,000THB, which is deductable from the first payment stage.
